You can request deletion of your RivalMe account and associated data at any time. This page explains the available methods and what happens when your account is deleted.

Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the RivalMe app:

  1. Open the RivalMe app
  2. Go to your Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the confirmation prompts

Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app (e.g., you no longer have the device or cannot log in), you can request account deletion by email:

Include: The email address associated with your RivalMe account

Email requests are typically processed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
